Approximately eight weeks from the date of filing. Initial filing for a new entity may take longer.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Experience has shown that visa applications can be submitted at Chinese embassies in overseas countries. However, experience has also indicated that individuals who apply by themselves do find this route quite time consuming, as the application of the work visa is quite complicated.
