where does one get baseball caps embroidered with a name at the front in SHANGHAI? I'd like to get max. 20.

I think most suit/shirt tailor shops can do that for you. Small street shops will charge much less than those in the department stalls. I know LANVIN in the Friendship Shopping Centre (No.6 Zun Yi Nan Lu in Hong Qiao) does that for shirts. Not sure how much they will charge you though.
