Salary/Package benchmarking

Posted by Zebulon (2681 days ago)

Hi,

I would like to find more informations about salaries and packages for expats in Shanghai, particularly in the chemical industry, lower/middle management level.
Mostly, this is to get a better about where I stand/should stand personally, as HR are notoriously opaque in such cases. I also wish to already have an idea to prepare a fair job offer for my position, when I leave.
Can anyone help me / tell me where or with whom I could get/discuss such informations, please ?
All feedback/questions welcome.
Thank you!
