Can anyone tell me how can I bring a cat with me when I move to HK?

You have to apply to Hong Kong customs. Have a look at the Hong Kong customs webbsite for contact details of their offices here. Basically, as long as it has had all its shots recently and is not pregnant then it should be fine.
