Residence to let. Agent or other advice please.

We own an appartment in Shanghai that we may be looking to let for about 2 years.

We would probably want to let it to expats. Can anybody recommend an agents or offer advice please?

I suggest you take photos of the place, one in the living, kitchen, master and bathroom. Reduce their size they don't take forever to download and send them off to all the agents in town, including us. info@shanghaiprops.com. Just inlcude basic details about it like size, beds, rental and yr contact details. Also add any unique sales points......you already have one which is that you are an expat owner. Great advantage!! Generally, you will have to pay commission ranging from 70 to 100% of one month's rent.
