I have question. Are you looking for a place like a upmarket pre-loved clothes store where you sell them cheaply and then sell them or something like a charity store where you donate them and they sell them and the money goes to charity?

I don't know of any pre-loved clothes stores as 2nd hand stores are limited to a few electrical and furniture stores with stuff for people on low incomes. (antique stores are another story)

The River of Hearts do collections of quality clothes that they sell somehwere/somehow to raise funds for their fanastic charity work. Try contacing them at riverofhearts@communitycenter.cn or phone the community centre on 5030-3313 or 5175-0510. They have drop off points for clothing all around Shanghai.

i have a few brand new HUGO BOSS SUIT and BURBERRY Jacket that I will like to sell off. I need to know any shop in shanghai that buys my above clothing.

Donate it to a Church or some other Charity. You won't get very much money if you sell it.
You could try to sell in on Craigslist

Ringi, Bigboy is right. If you want to sell it then Craigslist, E-Bay or Taobao would be best. There aren't any shops for pre-loved clothes to my knowedge.
