Looking for lead

Where can I buy lead, or preferable lead shot, in Shanghai.

I want it for ballast in large model boats.

You could also try going to a place that sells/installs car tires to see if they use lead weights for wheel balancing -- if so, I imagine you could get used balance weights for really cheap from them.
