Coming to Shanghai with a lot of baggage

Hi just wanted to know if there is a porter service in Pudong Airport as I will be coming in with a lot of baggage. What are the charges and do i need to tip on top of that? If yes, by how much?

also would the porters speak some english?

There is a counter between the luggage aisle, where you can go and pay RMB10 for a porter. The porters are usually dress in red. You may tip him another 10 after he unload your baggages into the vehicle. They dont speak English, but pretty much understand if you point at things/locations. You may like to get a MPV ready for those baggages. I used www.ehail.cn, and so far their prices reasonable and service efficient.
