Looking for Arabic teacher/course

Hello,
I am looking for an Arabic language course (evenings). Does anyone know of any school that offers one in Shanghai? I have tried to contact some consulates but they all said that there is nothing like that here.
A private tutor would be more than welcome, I just really want to learn Arabic.

try finding an online course, for starters, then perhaps join the social wing of one of the Arab consulates (I hope they do exist)..I'm sure you'll be able to meet someone willing to tutor you.
