hi there , i am originally from egypt, it will be my first time in china , so may i ask for the following:
1- AVG MONTHLY COST FOR APT. NEAR PUDONG WITH 2 BEDROOMS ,furnitured plz and some facilities
2-transportation fees on avg or small family car price like toyota or lancer
3-food cost for 4 family members
4-i have 2 children one is going to his first year in primary and other is going to join kg1 so what will the avg. fees for international language school.
well i am sorry for the many questions but its my first time to china and i am supposed to live there for at least 3 years

hello,i never worked in property Leasing area but i have lived in shanghai around two years.
1,so if you wanna find apartment with two bedroom the cost would between 4000RMB-8000RMB with full-funiture in PuDong.
2,for the transportation fee you can chose by taxi or subway,i think around 1000RMB
3,for 4family members food cost,thats depand you chose home-made food or restaurant,i think both around 2500RMB-6000RMB
4,there are many language school in shanghai for that depand what kind of language shcool you chose, the normal school to the top one around 1500-6000RMB per month for one children.

Sorry i am not professtional adviser,just for your consideration according to my personal exprience.if you want to know mroe you should give me more details about your choice.

If you will be living in local housing then it will range from USD$1,000 per month to USD$3,000 per month. If in expatriate housing it will be USD$3,000 to USD$6,000. Expatriate housing is built for expatriates only and have high quality furnishings and decor, excellent amenities and English speaking service orientated management staff. This is the reason why they are more expensive.

2-transportation fees on avg or small family car price like toyota or lancer

If you want a simple family car with a driver the rental will range from USD$1,000 to USD$2,000 per month.

3-food cost for 4 family members
It depends if you want to eat locally or buy all thing from expatriate supermarket or a mix of both. If you go to local stores and markets then a monthly budget of USD$500-USD1,000 per month is enough. If you go to foreign supermarkets and local markets, it depends on the brands you like. I'd budget for USD$2,000 to USD$4,000 per month. If you buy imported only foods then it will be higher.

Yearly fees for pre-schoolers at international schools range from USD$5,000 to USD$17,000 per year.
