Moving to Shanghai

Hi i will be moving to Shanghai in June this year.
I looking for Apt : requirement as follows
3 BR / 2 bath
clubhouse with Gym / swimming pool / kids indoor & outdoor play are
Close to Carrefour
Close to International school
Location should be walking distance to a commercial centre as my husband would like to rent out an office space as well
Pref. Jinan / Gubei

hi , i am benson , i think gubei area is good for you , has carrefour ,international school , many good propertys , many different restaurant . so if you live in gubei , you can find everythings what you want !:-) hope your everythings will goes well in shanghai . if you need help , you can email to me :benson616_zhang@yahoo.com.cn

3 months ago I helped a friend finding the same exact apartment type in Gubei Lu. Less than 10 mins walk to the metro station and to Carrefour. Near int. school. He could not speak Chinese so I acted as a translator for them. The guy began asking 4500rmb but finally we settled for 2000rmb.

There is a gym nearby as well with swimming pool, and near the commercial centre where some embassies are.

The apartment is fully furnished and is 11 years old or something like that.

I wouldn't pay more than 2500rmb in that area, but then again I have heard of foreigners paying US$2500...I guess some people loves to throw their monies away ;)
